Kaushlendra has over 16 years of accumulated experience within the non-metallic materials and technology segment which includes plastics composites materials, industrial paints, sealants and the many more corrosion resistant materials across the oil and gas industries .He has acquired extensive experience & knowledge with the composites pipes manufacturing, inspections technologies, the critical QA processes, product qualification of the composites systems, mechanical testing of nonmetallic pipes and equipment, expert in composite repair and pipeline rehabilitation technologies, training and the site service activities, failure analysis and the root-cause analysis.
Kaushlendra demonstrates the technical expertise in multiple material systems and process development within the thermoset-thermoplastics materials.
